Every year, iad celebrates the excellence and success of its estate agents at the IWC (iad World Challenge). A tradition that brings together, inspires and rewards our top performing estate agents. This year it was held at the end of November and transported 65 of our top talents to a magical place: Lapland.

iad is present in 8 countries, and it’s our 18,000 agents who build the success of our network every day. With the IWC, we honour the people who wear iad blue. This year, we’ve chosen to offer them much more than a simple trip, a real immersion in a world of magic and sharing: LAPLAND 2024.
On their arrival in Lapland, our explorers discovered a setting worthy of a Christmas story: vast expanses of snow, nights illuminated by the northern lights, and an atmosphere that invites serenity.
