LEVEL UP with iad: Our First Management & Leadership Event
Last month we had the privilege of hosting a truly inspiring event in London for leaders within iad. LEVEL UP by iad was our first-ever event dedicated to empowering self-employed estate agents and leaders, providing them with the insights, strategies, and tools to scale their businesses and thrive in today’s competitive market.
This event wasn’t just about listening to talks, it was about connecting, learning, and growing. It brought together some of the most influential figures in the industry, including marketing experts, top-performing agents, and the driving forces behind iad’s European expansion.
Simon Leadbetter, an industry-leading marketing expert shared his valuable insights on how to create effective marketing strategies that will help self-employed estate agents elevate their business. Simon’s session was packed with actionable tips on how to harness the power of digital marketing, build a strong brand, and increase lead generation in the competitive estate agency market.
Raffa and David Ferrer – iad Estate Agents from Spain
One of the most anticipated segments of the event was the talk from Raffa, Spain’s largest ex-eXp agent who came over to iad recently, and David Ferrer, both of whom have seen first-hand the power of self-employment in estate agency. Raffa shared his experience of why he joined iad, explaining why he sees it as the future of estate agency and how it’s empowered him to grow his business in an ever-changing market. Their insights were invaluable for those wanting to scale and build long-lasting, successful estate agency businesses.
Ginny Mimault – iad France Agent
Another inspiring story came from Ginny, a British-born iad agent working in France. Ginny shared her incredible journey of leaving behind a high-paying job in the UK to move to France without speaking a word of French. She started by working as a shop assistant to immerse herself in the local culture and language. Despite the challenges, Ginny’s determination and hard work led her to a thriving career as a successful estate agent with iad.
Her story of resilience and perseverance resonated with many in the room. Showing that with the right mindset, a willingness to learn and the support of the iad community, anyone can succeed, even when starting from scratch in a completely new environment. Ginny’s success is a true testament to the power of self-employment and the incredible opportunities within the estate agency world.
Baptiste Manin – Chief of European Expansion at iad
iad’s Chief of European Expansion, provided us with a thrilling update on iad’s international growth and the company’s strategic vision for the future. Baptiste’s insights into iad’s innovative approach to empowering self-employed estate agents were eye-opening, showing how the brand is not just growing in size but leading the way in transforming the estate agency industry across Europe.
